The customer service has always been exceptional which makes a huge difference to me and my family needs. "Blackballed, since I have had an No fault accident. They do not answer their phones. No one there is telling me reasons of why my premium has went significantly higher; like over $100 monthly. Even when I bundled there was still no real benefit. Terrible experience with State Farm. Never again “Good neighbor” More like Neighbor from hell. Very disappointed"
